This program explores the traditional Indigenous roles of Men in our families and communities. Programming will address multi-generational trauma stemming from the Residential School Legacy.
Participants are asked to refrain from any and all drug and alcohol use during programming. Healing will be based on Traditional culture and ceremony- participants’ need to have a clear mind and spirit to connect with the Creator and Ancestors.
This year's Grandfathers' program is March 17 - 21, 2025 at Kackaamin.
Caregivers are welcome to apply with their children/youth (see applications below).
Please note this is different from the Rebuilding the Circle (RTC) Grandfathers' program, which supports healing from trauma surrounding sexual harm (see RTC program page for more info).
